For new grad; CodeSignal ICA -> Recruiter Call -> 2-part VO: (1) HTTP -or- LC (2) System Design.
For System Design, they expect perfection. Their structure is also a bit different, you are not asked to explore what features they want, instead they just paste all the requirements off the bat and want you to get straight to designing.

Stage 3: Technical interview (1 hour system design, 1 hour leetcode-style)
Overall was not too difficult. I spent a lot of time researching and preparing to stand out in each of the stages
