overall the http get question part was confusing. Apart from that its a general process which has already been mentioned by others.
OA -> phone call with the recruiter -> final panel interview. It took me a month and a half in total. But the recruiter was very helpful and was very responsive at all times.
The OA covered progressive file system development. The time management is critical, and make sure your data structures can scale as the requirements change. So your logic shouldn’t modify much after the new requirements are added
