I had an interview scheduled which I turned up for in good time. The interviewer arrived 20 mins late however was in complete shock when she realized I was black. I proceeded to introduce myself and shake her hand but she was disgusted by this and barely wanted to shake my hand. We began the interview in which i could barely understand her due to her strong Chinese accent and after the first question, she says we have reached the end of the interview asking if I have any questions. After interviewing for 3 and a half minutes I thank her for her time. In the weeks proceeding I do not get a response and constantly chased the weeks following on from the interview. 6 years have passed so its safe to assume I did not get the role.

NO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION.
Probably one of the worst and quickest interviews I have had. I was initially kept waiting for 30 mins with nobody at the reception to alert me that the interviewer was running late. Wondering wether to stay or not, the interviewer eventually turned up.
The Interviewer seemed very shocked and appalled to see a black person turn up to the interview and was very reluctant to shake my hand. After asking me to tell me a bit about myself (only just being able to understand her English), I was asked one further question and was then told that was the end of the interview and that I will be contacted to see if I progress to the next round. This was very puzzling as at that point the interveiw had lasted no longer than 5 mins.
Needless to say, I was never ever contacted and after weeks of attempting to contact the company, I was never ever given a response. Needless to say, I never received job.
