I was asked to come onsite for the interview. First I was given an algorithms test that included writing pseudo-code which took around 90 minutes. Then an engineer came on to review my answers and asked some follow-up questions. His attitude during the process was not really friendly. Then I waited in the interview room for 20 minutes until an HR representative came. During the interview with HR, I was asked if working overtime would be okay for me as it was a common thing at the company. After the second interview again I was asked to wait in the interview room. It took 40 minutes until someone came and took me to the manager's office. Then I spent around 20 minutes talking to the manager which was probably the only positive part of the process. He seemed more friendly and more interested in my skill-set. In total, I spent 1 hour waiting in a room alone. The whole process took around 3.5 hours. In the same week, I was offered the job but the salary was very low. One final note is that the location of the office was very bad and the atmosphere inside the office was not good. It felt very dark and uneasy.

Interview consist of three different steps which are technical knowledge exam, technical interview and hr interview. Exam is consist of questions about the technology used in the position you have applied.(JAVA, C++). And the technical interview is with the team leader and line manager.
