Received a call from the HR to set up a 45min interview. Two interviews: one with the line manager and another with senior management They responded with an offer in approx 2days via phone call. Thereafter, they sent a formal email a few days later requesting my certificates to prove my education background.

The interview process was with 2 hiring managers from China. However due to language barrier, you either need to speek fluently or speak slowly for them to understand and catch your keyword. Try to explain more or ask them a lot of question for you to answer back.

depends on the division arrangement, different interview styles but the point is to suit well for both sides. no need to be over nervous/ positive, but be professional is needed.
