Personality test, interview, general interview, back to school results. In terms of the written test, Huawei's difficulty is moderate, and the difficulty of multiple-choice questions is similar to that of NetEase and Tencent. The last code question is much simpler in comparison. There are 3 questions in total. The first 2 questions are easy to be AC. The code submitted in the last question has passed 75% of the samples, and has not found any pits that may exist in the remaining 25%.

Too long and very stressful . No transparency. May as well ghost you for a while before response. During interviews, it is relaxed. Minimum of 3 interviews before onboarding. Onboarding is long process too
The first question they asked was, "Tell us about yourself." It felt like a generic opener, but it was vague and didn’t provide much direction. I ended up giving a brief overview of my background, but it felt disconnected.
