Recruiter and Technical Manager was kind, helpful and honest about the procedure and the position. It is a 4 stage process which consists of an online test, an online conference with the technical lead of the department you're applying to, another online meeting with the HR and finally an eventual meeting with the manager.

After the HR interview on phone there is a technical interview in the same week. Questions based on memorization and not testing my solution solving skills. So it was not perfect.

The whole experience was really professional. After HR interview, there was a technical interview. They asked me my old experiences. Then some verbal question. In the end, they asked two programming questions Questions were neither hard nor easy.
Lastly, I had an interview with the director.
