There are 2-3 interview processes (if you are good enough in the 2nd interview process there would be no 3rd interview). First part, you will be screened by the HR via online platform (ex. Zhumu) you will be asked to introduce yourself, ask you about your OJT experience (for freshgrad), ask you about your knowledge about thr position, ask you about your knowledge about telco since this position is under Carrier Business which caters most of the telco-related businesses. If you passed the the first process, you will be endorsed. And there comes the 2nd part, the Technical Interview. You will be interviewed onsite with the Boss and some of its team leaders, they hve your CV/Resume on hand, you will be again ask to introduce yourself and your experience. After that, technical part will come, you will be asked about technical questions:
1. What are the OSI Layers and explain.
2. Tell me about the Network Architecture.
Ans. RAN, Transport Network, Core Network
3. Types of Transport Network (backhaul).
Ans. Wireless and Wired.
4. Difference between 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
Ans. Explain them in terms of speed, bandwith consumption, applications and coverage.
5. You will be asked about what you have mentioned i.e. what is bandwith?
If you answered them all, you will surely be hired no 3rd process in my case tho I'm still waiting for my salary approval. Here's the timeline of my interview process.
June 26: Emailed HR about open positions together with my attached CV.
June 27: Offer me to apply for Product Configuration Engineer based on my CV. And had my online interview with HR (first interview process).
June 29: Called me when is my available date for Technical Interview (2nd interview process).
July 2: Technical Interview (onsite)
July 3: Initial Collection of Requirements
July 7: Salary Approval submission to HR
Still waiting for the salary approval from HR. Tho some others say it takes days to couple of weeks to be approved. Once the offer comes, will accept it. :)
