The interview was standard. Nothing too difficult if you come from an Environmental background. It lasted about one hour and included a site tour of the facility. The only complaint I would have about the whole process was after the interview. The recruitment team was not good at following up. I was told I would hear back from them soon within two weeks but nothing. I followed up via email with a member of their HR team but did not get a reply.
