Applying for a degree apprenticeship at Howden was a very smooth and calm process. I began by submitting my online worded application, which was then shortly followed by submitting a 3 minute video to them with responses to questions that are pre-handed. After this was the assessment day, which consisted of a small group activity to test your collaboration and communication skills, 3 face to face interviews with higher-up employees. The staff there were so incredibly kind and helpful, it was a very caring environment.
