Entrevista
I was approached by a recruiter agency, who explained the job role, and sent me a job description in advance.
Expressing my interest in the role, my full CV was sent in advance to the team supervisor to view.
I was invited to an informal chat phone call with the insurance teams supervisor, to hear my telephone skills together with a discussion about the role and my employment background. we discussed the role on offer and my previous experiences in length and how they would fulfil the new role.
Immediately after I was told the company were interested, and that I needed to pass an online assessment, and that I would have a face to face interview if I passed.
At the interview I met with the supervisor and the manager and had a great chat and discussed the role, my previous employment (both in depth) my aspirations and why I would want to work there.
I was called to say I was unsuccessful. I asked for feedback and was told that I was a great person but they felt I was 'over qualified' for the job and that I would get bored after 6 months. The 2 things that made me furious were the complete waste of time me attending and the unfair prejudice show towards me.
They knew my previous experiences before hand as they had my cv and we discuseed prior, so a waste of time meeting me, so prejudice number 1!
The most frustrating was to tell me how I would 'feel' after 6 months of working at the site!
I was told that previous employees of similar experience had left after 6 months, so they were 'tarring me' with the same brush. Prejudice number 2! If i wasn't interested, I wouldn't have applied.

One of the values A-plan obviously doesn't follow!
A very negative experience of A-plan, and a complete waste of every ones time involved!
