The application is long and detailed, which is ok. The HR department schedules the interviews, but their policy is to leave people hanging. Their policy states that if you interview, and you're not selected, you won't be contacted. Personally, I think that's really unprofessional. Overall, the interview process is like most others; however, it does move slowly.
