That depends upon you. If you use the training that is offered at all KW offices, you can do well immediately. You'll always hear about that go-getter new agent who got 40 listings in his first month because he went to BOLD Training, but that's not the norm. Treat this like a hobby and you'll be paying to be a Realtor each year. Treat it as a business, follow the training, listen to your coach and you'll be rocking!
