I applied to the job in July 2022 and got a recruiter screening request next day. I went through 3 rounds of interviews including a panel interview. At some point between rounds, the job title suddenly changed, which I found out when the interview details were given. After the last round they never reached out to me again regarding a decision. So basically toward the end I was ghosted. Very unprofessional.

The people I met with were very nice. I had a screening interview, a 1-hour interview VIA phone followed up with a 1.5 in-person interview with 4 different interviewees and the CEO. I did not receive any feedback or follow-ups. I had to follow up several times and the only response I had was an autoresponse saying they decided to go with other candidates better fitted. I was given no feedback or personal follow-up. Since I am actively interviewing I have come to understand this is a very disrespectful way to treat the people you are interviewing especially the stage I got it.
