The first round is a phone interview, and the second is a Facetime interview. The first asks questions like "What is your greatest weakness" and "Describe a time when you took care of a patient". The second includes more specific questions like "Which floors do you want to extern on and why". I would recommend dressing professionally for the second round. No drug/skills/scenario questions were asked. In 2015 there were 18 candidates selected from 205 applicants.
