Extremely detailed and thorough interview process. Three rounds of interviews in all. The man that conducted the interview had a lot of experience in the marketing industry and was able to answer most of my questions before I could ask them. By the end of the second round interview we both came to the conclusion that this was not a good fit for me, since the position they were interviewing for was an entry level position and I am coming from 20 years experience in the insurance industry. Quality company, probably best for a stepping stone to gain experience for younger candidates, the longer hours just weren't a good fit for me.

The first round interview was very friendly, but very direct. All of the staff that I met during my two interviews all seemed to be upbeat and positive, attire for the office and interview was business professional. Was asked back for a lengthy two hour second interview, the young man that interviewed me was professional and very courteous, even bought me a cup of coffee. He was well informed about the company history and answered all of my questions. Interview was very comfortable, didn't make me nervous at all. Was not offered a third round interview.
