There was an essay section that lasted about an hour. The questions tested on your ability to reply to fictional emails complaining about HDB. Followed by a panel interview consisting of 4 people.

Complicated but insightful. Also intimidating. Good exposure for first timer who wants a feel of how interviews work. Expect to have experience or you will not be considered. Hope to get a positive outcome.
