I applied online. I got a response in two weeks for first interview. The response was by e-mail. There were five people at the interview, two from union and three from the management. The interview was about thirty minutes long. They said, they will let me know in two weeks. After a week I received an e-mail for second interview. It was just formality of introduction with other staff member
