Since I was not a local candidate, Housing Catalyst was generous enough to offer me a remote interview process via telephone. On the phone call, I spoke with the HR representative I had already been speaking with as a part of the application process. I also spoke with 2 Sr. Property Managers that I would directly report to. During the interview process, it was very open and flowed well. The interviewers were all very friendly and helpful. Though I declined the job due to pay, I even received a message from the HR rep about a year later inviting me to apply for a higher paying position that fit in well with my resume. Unfortunately, I am no longer looking at the Fort Collins, CO area, so I did not pursue that offer to apply.
