Started with an intro call with the recruiter, followed by a virtual interview with the VP, then the hiring manager, and then a couple of other team members. Had the standard experience based questions based on the responsibilities of the role.

The first interview is a 15 minute phone screen with the recruiter. The recruiter seemed disinterested during the conversation and didn't seem to make an effort to understand my background. I felt like I was driving the conversation to highlight my experiences. I was told I'd hear back about next steps within a week but was ghosted until I followed up with the recruiter multiple times.
