Positive process. HR will explain their structure as an e-commerce company. And there will be one month orientation at first, and you will be allocated to the one of the teams according to the background and the performance in the orientation. And there will be a link for the skill test after the phone interview. The test is quite challenging that I didn’t pass the stage.
