It was very simple, I filled out an application and I had a friend who worked there to recommend me to the company. After about a 3 days, I got a call from them asking to see what my schedule was and what time I can come talk. It wasn't necessarily a traditional interview, but rather giving me the job description and background of Houchens (this was because this was a simple assistant job and nothing straining)
