I originally applied for a different position, and they decided the account coordinator role would be more suitable for me. At first, I thought the process was reasonable, considering they are a global agency, although it was a two-month process. I made it to the final round of interviews, and that's when they asked for my references. They told my contacts they were about to make me an offer. Then I heard nothing from the recruiter. I tried to follow up a couple of times, and no response. I got an automated rejection email soon after. And when I tried to get feedback, I still got no response. I've been through plenty of interviews before, but I think they could have directly emailed me instead of automation since the process took a couple of months and we had developed a connection. I would not go through the interview process again with them. Hopefully, they treat their candidates better now.
