Cons: • Very long and exhausting hiring process even after joining they ask you to work Monday to Saturday 9AM TO 9PM. Sometimes on sunday’s tooo! • No offer letter before a 7-day probation period • Selection criteria during probation is unclear • Very low conversion rate after probation • Tech stack used in work is different from interview focus (XML based internal framework) • Skills learned are niche and may have limited outside value Overall: Good package, but lack of transparency and mismatch between interview and actual work can be discouraging for freshers.
