A three phase interview.
Phase one is phone: they take generic information then ask to schedule a time for a face to face meeting.
Phase two is a face to face interview: face to face interview, where they take you across the street and offer to buy you Starbucks. Depending on how busy Starbucks is, they will either interview you there or walk you back to the office. Generic questions for a standard interview. However at the end of the interview they give you a sort of a "pop quiz" that is to show you knowledge of the hosting business. They do say it is not a factor on the hiring process but to see where they will need to start their training if you are hired.
Phase three is another face to face interview:
Again, another interview. Starbucks trip included, but minus the quiz at the end. This time it is with someone else within the company and they ask questions regarding what your goals are as an employee for them and what you plan to do in order to grow as an employee.
