      I had a total of 3 interviews with this company. The interviewer (CEO Charles Mullany) was late for all three meetings. He also changed the meeting time for our full-day working session at 9:30PM the evening before. I was also promised pay for this session but was never paid. Avoid this company.

      Mr Jim Cavill, I really apologize you feel this way. I changed the test project to start 1 hour later and finish the same time (a full day project), as I was trying to get you in during the holidays which was tough. You never completed the test project as you never completed the actual work, you just spoke about problems but did not do the proposal as requested. You actually stated half way during the test project that you were waiting to hear back on another offer so we ended it there to wait. During the wait, a few other applicants moved above you. You stated you wanted to take the role with us, I unfortunately stated I would rather wait for you to hear back from your other role first to ensure you were making the right decision. You then spoke to a fellow CEO I know, insulted him saying he was unprofessional (40+ employees, startup, $7M raised), and said we were not worth your professional time. I can only assume you lost the other offer and are back to stage 1, and I can emphasize how frustrating that must be.
