Applied online, received phone call asking basic questions and then they scheduled face-to-face interview. Met with someone from HR and the dept manager, who inquired about past jobs, my strengths and weaknesses, etc. They called be back a few days later and had a second interview for me to meet the owner. It was quick and painless. They offered the job the next day!
