My interview process began with a brief phone call with HR. HR was very friendly and set me up with an in person interview. I then went in and met with 5 members of the team. I found out I got the job three days later.

Entrevista
Pretty efficient two-round interview process, where you are assessed for personality and overall Advertising knowledge. The first round was with two HR/Hiring reps and was pretty easy. Most questions were classic interview questions like, "How do you handle multiple projects with the same due date" and "Name a time you had to overcome a stressful work environment." The second round was with my future managers and the questions were more geared toward technical abilities and past real-world work experiences.

Entrevista
It was great. The HR representative was very nice and super accommodating when answering all my questions. I met with 4 different members from the team at my in-person interview and was able to ask any and all questions. Everyone I encountered was friendly and easy to converse with.
