There was no fixed structure. I had the first interview with the COO then CFO then CEO. It seemed to me like they didn't know what qualifications they were looking for. Nor they knew how to interview for this role (evident from the questions they asked). I also felt their culture is of an engineering supremacy. The call with the CEO was scheduled for 45 minutes but he overbook the last 15 minutes (no apology).
