Interview date was difficult to arrange, they want you to just drop everything for them, interview dates and times are very limited. During the interview the questions are not structured, the questions are vague to the point that you will second guess yourself, the interviewer spent more time talking than me, it was the most boring interview I’ve ever had, there was two of them but only one person did all the talking. It was unstructured, questions are subjective in nature, there was no benchmark none of them taking down notes, it was like a very informal chat, it felt that they have preselected candidates already and the interview was just for a show for diversity and inclusion hypocrisy. My first ever interview where the interviewer did all the talking and commenting my every answers. The feedback was not helpful either it was subjective, patronising and nothing to learn from. It was a very bad experience and by far the worst interview experience in my whole professional life.
