Initial screening from a recruiter, and I passed that, then provided me with the QA Homework. After providing QA Homework - it took another three weeks to schedule the interview with the Director. The interview was 90 minutes long, asked about the approach to the homework. I liked the approach of an interviewer asking what you can do for the company and kind of not interested in what you were doing in your previous job by providing a detailed overview of the company. The interviewer wanted to solve the real-time problems they are having and try to get ideas from you on how to solve this. Some candidates might think they are just interviewing for your ideas and processes, and I hear them now after interviewing with them. At a certain point in the interview process, there was no homework discussed, and we were discussing how to solve their issues. However, it was one of a kind experience.
