2) 1 hour - technical - cloud infrastructure design session (whiteboard)
3) 4 hour Amazon-style "Loop" interview
> 1 hour - member of the team (technical-ish)
> 1 hour - principal developer from a different team (technical)
> 1 hour - project lead (behavioural)
> 1 hour - co-founder (behavioural)
