Stage 2----- Google Hangouts chat simulation interaction with clients. Two situations.
Stage 3 ---- Pre-selection phone interview . Basic question about past experience and overview of the position icluding job requirements, scheduling, salary etc.
Stage 4 ---- Personal interview
