Easy interview. Just look cute and be kind! Manager was nice and explained the opportunity to move to a server role after turning 18. This interview was 20 years ago though. I have to add a contribution to move forward on this website.

It was a easy interview they are concerned with how family and friends would handle u working there and why you want to work there also i was asked why do people come there my reply was the chickens great. Manager bust out laughing i got the job
Asked questions about my interests, why I wanted to work there and what skills I possessed to work there. Was a friendly and relatively simple process. It was in person.
I applied online and they called me to confirm an in person interview the next day. They were flexible on interview time and very welcoming. I wore business casual with full face of makeup. Look girly and feminine
