A recruiter from the company reached out to me and we scheduled the phone screen. Afterwards, a technical interview was scheduled with 2 of their ios engineers who work on the care giver side of the app. I live coding session was required but they informed me that they care about how you think more so then getting the code perfect. I thought the interview went well but who knows what arbitrary thing made them decide I was not a good fit. A few days later I got a message from the recruiter saying that they will not be moving forward with me. I reached out asking if I can have more feedback because I really thought the interview went well and I really was interested with working with them. Obviously there was no further feedback.
