Entrevista
I interviewed through their application portal and seamlessly went through their interview process: quick video submission, phone screen with their recruiter, response to 3 situational questions, 1:1 with a care coordinator supervisor, 1:1 with someone even further up the management chain, and the references section. I was hesitant to work with them because it would require relocation to Concord but I was very interested in the work they were doing and went through all of the phases of the interview successfully.
They made an unofficial offer via email and I was in the process of negotiating but they didn't give me any perimeters whereas how long they wanted me to take to make a final decision or when they wanted me to start. They ended up rescinding their offer and stating they were going to move in a different direction due to recent developments on their end.
I really enjoyed the interview process with Honor and thought everybody who I spoke to on their team were friendly and genuinely kind people. However, this conclusion was surprising to me as I thought I was within my rights to negotiate things like salary and start date. I'm still unsure as to what caused this sudden change and I even followed up with the recruiter asking for more clarification. She sent me a brief and nice email but provided no further information.

What's one time you made a mistake and how did you deal with it?

I applied to a couple of positions and had a screening call to discuss my skills and where I'd fit best in the company. Had a phone screen along with two onsites and one at home simulation exercise. Everyone was very nice and supportive. During the interview, they set up an additional simulation to put you in positions to think as though you were in the job. Many intelligent conversations, happy people, and they were more there to help you than drill you. Friendly culture/feel during the process. Once I got to the references portion, I decided this wasn't for me, and let them know ASAP. They were very professional and courteous in their response, although anyone on this team would be one very lucky individual!
