First Interview: You will meet with HR department.l only on this day. As long as you can express yourself in Cantonese and English, you will be invited to a second interview by phone, normally within the next 3 days. On your first interview, you will perform a very basic math test on adding and subtracting Hours and Minutes. This is simple with practice but important as it is an elementary school skill AND the job requires you to calculate hours for crew rest/roster rotation/overtime pay etc. Second Interview (Last): You will be interviewed by the Manager of Flight Dispatch. If he is away, the Superintendent or Supervisor will take charge. Very basic questions asked. Nothing related to career path etc. Just why you want this job?
