Step 1 is a one-way video interview where the ask about 6 questions. Nobody likes these and in my opinion, are just lazy. Step 2 they wanted to do a "mini test", which I find ridiculous. How about you meet me first before asking me to do an assessment? Then a group interview, which is fine. Then ANOTHER assignment, which is a presentation that you are expected to have done before the call. Asking someone to do 2 assignments and a one-way interview is ridiculous, especially when you're looking for people with the level of experience they are. I have a strict rule that I'm not doing any assignments that I'm not being paid for, so needless to say, I was out on this company.
