invited to interview on the office at tanggerang with another few contestants, we have been asked some questions about ourselves and our motivation to work at the company. the questions is not difficult
Lengthy interview process I had and was waited more than 2 hrs just to attend the first round of scheduled interview. Not confirmed about the rounds of interview and they did not even confirmed the result or reason for not proceeding after the interview. I literally was there in the promise for 7 hrs for the interview but they did even had courtesy to revert on the selection status

Entrevista
CV sent to company. Company replies within one week, over e-mail, then over the telephone. Brief talk regarding personal background. Questions about professional interests and understanding of general company positioning in the market. Then, scheduling of two interviews. Two interviewers, in two different occasions. First, a technical interview reviewing my experience. Second, a behavioural inteview, in a business lunch context. Very open communication. Questions from interviewee, to company interviewers. Clarifications, goodbyes.
