HR called on the phone and asked some preliminary questions. HR promised to send an email within the day to complete the forms and questionnaire. Had to text the HR to email the questions as they seemed to have forgotten to send it to me. At the end of the day, they were able to send it. HR did not edit the email they sent as the greeting was for another person. HR told me over the phone that I will be scheduled for another phone interview the following week. The week was almost done so I sent a text to HR, and there was no acknowledgement nor reply. They did not even reply to the email I sent them. I finished the questionnaire and there was no acknowledgement as well.
