Application process was straight forward. I applied on the company website, and submitted 3 writing samples. I was contacted about a week later that they were interested in hiring me and a Skype interview was scheduled. They asked how long it would take me to write a paper and what my background was in. I was offered the job and signed a contract to begin work right away.

The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward. Basically, it was a conversation about my experience and what I expect to bring to the table. I responded to all the questions and got an offer right then. We also discusses the samples I'd provided.
