Started with a phone screen, then an interview with 2 product managers. Interview was straight forward, but some of the questions threw me off. One question was if you were to wake up hating your life in 3 months how would you handle that.

The interview process consisted of talking with the recruiter and hiring manager before ultimately not moving on in the process. I was impressed that the recruiter called me to tell me why they didn't move on with my candidacy. My background is comprehensive, but they needed a candidate with the domain expertise to Homesnap's needs. I really appreciated the humanity in a personal phone call, it only took a few minutes of the recruiter's time. I am so impressed that I'll be actively referring Homesnap to colleagues looking to make a career move. Great to meet some of the team!
