Interview process not communicated clearly in the advert. I was only informed during the first interview that it would be a two-stage process. Then after the initial interview, I did not receive any follow-up communication to say I was unsuccessful. Overall, the experience reflected poor communication - and it was a Director of Communications that interviewed me! Thankfully, I wasn’t too invested, as the offered pay was the same as my current salary.
