Overall the entire interview process went smoothly for me I had 3 interviews with very friendly people. The first one was a basic HR interview where I talked about my previous work experiance and about my education. The second interview was a technical with the head of one of their tech departments, it was a pretty high level talk so we talked about my previous projects, their tech stack and some challanges I had to overcome. The third interview was another techical interview where some hypotheticals were asked of me and different what would you do in this situation questions. After all these interviews I was hopeful on getting an offer but all I got back was a generic "you're not a good fit and decided to go with another candidate". I was really hoping for some feedback on my interviews so I emailed them twice and they ghosted me :(
