Comprehensive - 4 interviews in one day including peers and directors. Mix of presentation and competency based, on-site. Also completed full application in advance, psychometric testing and personality profiling. Travelled to HQ, introduced to future manager and peer director, then peer interview, then director from another team. Competency questions followed by 15 minute presentation and questions on pricing.
