Interviewer was very friendly and relaxed. He knew I had no insurance experience and assured me that 75% of the agents currently working for them didn't, but they were trained so well that these individuals stayed with the company for years and succeed. Super relaxed office culture, but everyone is goal-oriented, so no slackers!
