Interview process went well and was hired that day. I liked the staff, they seem to care about the potential caregiver needs. The interviewer listened. Gives incentives for variety of things.

Kim (REM), did my interview. She was very nice and gave me a lot of information. The questions were pretty basic and there were no trick questions. When I arrived I was greeted right away and offered beverages (they have a cafe).

The interview process was easy. They ask you if you have any experience. After the interview, they do call your references, so make sure you have good ones. It took about a week to schedule orientation.
