It was easy. They look for past relevant experiences. They mainly hire students in healthcare field (ie. PSW, practical nurse, nursing students). It is one on one. They will set up an interview by phone. They will let you know if you are hired right on the spot.

Okay. Asked about my experience and why home instead? Describe how you will handle a situation? Just one round of interview with the recruiter. You must have first aid certification and some others
It was an in person interview.It went for some 20 minutes.The questions were easy.i got the employment offer.We can give our availability during the interview.we can also ask any doubts.
