Quite unprofessional from the beginning, I found it quite hard to be interviewed for a care job by someone who has never given care. I found the interviewer quite dismissive and hard to talk to, quite judgemental too. I also found it odd that there was a 3 day training course before you was actually employed, but when I recieved a contract, it said that if I left before a time period that I would have to pay for the 3 day pre employment training, so what about the people who didn't receive a contract? Very odd.

Wasn’t really an interview at all, they gave me the job right away which seemed strange. Need to go back for background test and drug test as well as orientation / training.
The interview process was rather standard except for the fact that the interview stopped once they knew my address and told me I had to go somewhere else within the company. None of this was explained in the listing.
