Apply online quickly they call you for an interview. Sign papers like a background check. Then they ask you to register in the state of CA to get a registration number. Then they send you for fingerprints live scan and then TB test clearance. You pay Registration in CA 25 dollars fingerprints75 dollars and if you have a doctor you take your TB test. Availability discussion then once all that is cleared you go to orientation.

why work with seniors? past experience? what would you do if you get a difficult client? Common sense questions. Staff super nice and friendly and does not feel like an interview.

Wasn’t really an interview at all, they gave me the job right away which seemed strange. Need to go back for background test and drug test as well as orientation / training.
The interview process was rather standard except for the fact that the interview stopped once they knew my address and told me I had to go somewhere else within the company. None of this was explained in the listing.
